Late Policy

Please familiarize yourself with our location and prepare yourself for Vancouver traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 10 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation /Rescheduling Policy

Please allow 72 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.

Guests Policy

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure.

Complimentary Sessions

Initial procedure appointments receive a complimentary touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and will incur an additional charge. Complimentary touch up are not mandatory, nor is it necessary for every client, but we offer it for those clients who would need a follow up.
Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply.

Future Touch Ups For Returning Clients

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call our studio directly at 604-723-8206. Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

Existing Brow Tattoos

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval ( After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.

Important Note For All Clients

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.  

Eyelash Extension Restrictions

You must have 40% of lashes left or you’ll need to purchase a full set. Client refills 4+ weeks or more are subject to full set pricing. All Prices are subject to change if proper maintenance is not followed.
Please arrive to your appointment with a clean lash line. If the lash line is covered in makeup and strip lash glue, a cleaning fee of $15 may be applied to your total charge. We cannot start lashing until your eyelashes are completely clean. PSA: if you come to your lash appointment with makeup on, you may experience retention issues due to a film being left on your eyelashes that can take up to 24 hours to wear off. Be aware that this is solely your responsibility and will not qualify as a product issue if you experience retention issues.​
